Apply some powder to dry surface of the silver product.
Rub it using a sponge. Add water in less quantity only if required and rub using sponge again.
Use a toothbrush to clean the incricate parts.
Rinse the product thoroughly making sure that no powder remains on its surface.
Wipe dry with a soft clean cloth. For best results, use the powder regularly to clean the silverware.
